The Empowered Empath, operated by LEA COACHING, provides executive coaching, leadership development, and professional training services. Our programs are designed for professionals seeking to enhance their leadership skills and leverage their empathic abilities in their careers.

3. Coaching Relationship

Please understand that:

Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or mental health treatment
Coaching is a collaborative partnership focused on achieving specific professional goals
Results depend on your commitment and active participation
We do not guarantee specific outcomes or results

4. Payment Terms

All fees are due as specified in your program agreement
Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing
We reserve the right to modify pricing for future programs
Corporate clients will receive separate invoicing arrangements

5. Cancellation Policy

For individual coaching sessions:

Please provide at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling
Late cancellations or no-shows may forfeit the session
Emergency situations will be handled on a case-by-case basis

6. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and coaching session content. However, we may be required to disclose information if mandated by law or if there is a risk of harm to yourself or others.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, methodologies, and resources provided through our programs are the intellectual property of LEA COACHING. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share these materials without our written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LEA COACHING shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the services in question.

9. Testimonials and Results

Testimonials displayed on our website represent individual experiences and results. Individual outcomes may vary. We do not guarantee that you will achieve the same or similar results.

10. Communication

By engaging our services, you consent to receive communications from us via email, phone, or other means. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time while continuing to receive essential service-related communications.
